A little about me and my background...
I have a degree in Psychology from York University in addition to a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Seneca College.
My work experience has always been focused around children with an emphasis on those with various types of special needs with a particular focus on various behaviour management difficulties, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, learning disabilities and developmental delays. I have tutored children with various learning disabilities and developmental delays.
Well...I grew up in a world that was full of individuals with ADHD!
I went through it all!
I lived with and experienced first-hand a family member who has ADHD.
I lived with the frustrating and sometimes serious effects on the entire family as a result of extreme
impulsive and hyperactive behaviours of a family member. There were troubles at school and with the law.
There are others in my life who live with inattentive type ADHD; very intelligent, yet falling through the cracks while...
